At Camera Warehouse, we want our customers to get the best deal for their money. That is why we are offering a Price Match Guarantee on DJI drones and other major DJI products such as the Ronin and the Osmo. Basically, we will match a lower price of any eligible product from authorised Australian Dealers.

For a DJI product to be eligible for price match, it has to be genuine Australian stock from a DJI authorised Australian dealer. Grey import retailers are ineligible for this guarantee.

Price matching is also unaccepted when used with the following:

* Closeout sales
* Coupons
* Exclusive price offers
* Flash sales
* Gift cards
* Orders fulfilled by a third party and not directly by the authorized retailer
* Price offer errors
* Quantity limits
* Rebates
* Single-day deals
* Special seasonal prices

Meanwhile, here are the steps to make a DJI Price Match Guarantee request:

Step 1: Find a DJI product of a lower price from another DJI Authorised Australian Dealer that you want us to price match. The product has to be exactly the same with the one that you wish to purchase.

Step 2: Send a link of the competitor's product page or a price quotation from the authorized retailer to sales@camera-warehouse.com.au. Kindly include your contact details so we can get in touch with you.

Step 3: Once the match has been confirmed by our sales team, a customer service representative will help complete your purchase at the verified lower price.

The price from the authorised dealer with the lower amount is final. This cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
